Crafting Locations

Craft Shops look like this:


And give you the ability to create someone-personalized accessories for you and your horses.  Clothing, jewelry, tack, and even special treats and feed are made available through these workshops.

Often when crafting, you'll find yourself having to run back and forth between different workshops to create materials you need.  Here is a quick, handy guide to help you keep track of where you need to go to next!

Sewing Workshop
Here, you can make special clothing that helps your horse during racing, jumping, and dressage competitions.  This shop is run by Barb Sower.

Jewelry Workshop
Many quests ask you to find certain necklaces, which makes these workshops super handy, especially back when the economy was in better shape and we weren't all walking around with 1b in our banks.  Also, necklaces are just cute to wear.  This shop is run by Jade Maki.

Blacksmith Workshop
In order to craft tack, you've gotta have bits and buckles.  Those are crafted separately - the blacksmith workshop specializes in them.  This shop is run by Ferrel Ironman.

Feed Workshop
Back before the economy was the way it is, it wasn't uncommon to start running low on funds and not want to stop at a barn and pay $5k to rest your horses.  The Feed Workshop allowed you to craft inexpensive feed that fills up your horses quicker, and also restores your horses' moods.  This workshop is run by Ginger Craft.

Western Tack Shop
When crafting tack, HI gives you a choice between Western and English tack.  Western tack adds +20 Endurance, +25 Strength, and +20 Speed with the saddle pad, saddle, and bridle, respectively.  Nowadays, we have the elemental tack sets that add hundreds of points, but back in the first few years of the game's life, this was considered the best tack you could get for your horse as a beginner because of how inexpensive it was, and added a little more than the usual affordable Western/English sets.  This shop does not have an owner you can speak with.
